Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation

Aid to Jilha Parishad (ZP) school

Under the segment of education “ Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation” is supporting to Jilha Parishad (ZP) schools in rural area which are on the verge of closure. It is very important to continue primary education for students belonging from rural area. This aid includes financial support as well as school equipments like drinking water facilities with water filter, modern toilet, bala painting, smart board, study material for 1st standard students, school van and children’s height hand wash basin etc. With these “ Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation” supporting school management so that rural student can get positive environment for Study and their growth. This project is called “ Project Eklavya”.

One of the innovative activities implemented by Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation is the project – Eklavya, which is being implemented under the Department of Education to help Zilla Parishad schools in Shigaon village. In this, we are trying to create a new face of government schools in the society by helping to improve the quality of these schools by providing the necessary facilities to the schools in the villages like Shigaon where free education is provided by the Zilla Parishad government schools. Because the teachers of government schools are highly educated, they have been given pure training in teaching standards and all accepted methods of teaching science, so their teaching methods are always of a high standard. But only due to lack of some facilities, all this is questioned and children are not sent in government schools.

And as a solution to this problem, we have started Project Eklavya through which we are trying to provide facilities to both Zilla Parishad schools in Shigaon village. Like toilet with all amenities, child height hand wash basin, play area etc. Due to combination of proper quality of education and necessary facilities, the inclination of the parents towards the government schools will increase and the exploitation of the parents by the private institutions will be stopped by curbing the privatisation.
