Women are an example of elegance and strength in today’s world. There is no profession ever made that women are incapable of. From looking after her loved ones to taking care of financial responsibilities, she needs no validation or assurance about her dos and donts, her aspirations, and her dreams.
Keeping that in mind, we are moving forward swiftly towards educating them and directing them to their success. For a decade, a woman was the one sacrificing her true self and desires so someone else gets the courage to move forward but now the time has changed, it’s her era to achieve what she dreamt of and we’ll help her shine from within.
In light of this, the Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation developed a cake workshop that provided rural women with a source of income.
Education
An innovative learning organization called the Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation was established to raise the standard of education in India. The breadth and scale of the Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation have expanded, and its activities now impact children and youth all over the nation. Our foundation concentrates on high-quality, affordable, and scalable initiatives to close educational system gaps. working one-on-one with kids and teenagers as well as through extensive partnerships. Our programs work to fill specific gaps in various market segments as determined by our knowledge of those gaps and the effects of contemporary technologies. Our Foundation plans educational activities to raise public awareness of the value of education. Additionally, it gives pupils technical training and fosters the development of their personalities and confidence. Under this program, the Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation offers interesting seminars for young minds while visiting various schools. It makes children aware of numerous issues and makes them aware of their privilege.
Health
The healthcare systems of numerous nations have been severely impacted by the COVID-19 epidemic. Both blood banks and numerous healthcare systems are having difficulty adjusting to the unexpected difficulties. One of the biggest obstacles we face is keeping people’s spirits up and motivated to continue donating blood even amid the COVID pandemic crisis, which is a war-like situation with tonnes of worries, confusion, and false stories running rampant in the donors’ thoughts about blood donation. Our volunteers educate the public about the value of blood donation while also making them aware of the delicate state of our nation’s healthcare system today and motivating them to donate blood.
Well Equipped Ambulance Service
The most indispensable medical service is the availability of an ambulance. With the growing population, the increased ratio of death rates is a matter of concern. In order to control such situations, we assist patients who require emergency medical assistance at critical moments helping them to reach the hospital on time thus saving their life.
We focus mostly on rural areas and remote villages, where the villagers don’t get access to ambulance services due to a lack of development. Shreesiddhi Samarthya Foundation instantly offered ambulances to needy patients especially in underdeveloped villages during the Covid-19 era so that the patients may receive treatment on time.
Medical Check-up Camps
For underserved populations, the foundation organizes medical screening camps. Those who are less fortunate go to these camps for free medical care and checkups. To provide high-quality services and to assist underserved areas with health issues, the Shreesiddhi Samarthya Foundation launched free medical check-up clinics. The locals responded spontaneously to this. Free testing for diabetes, blood pressure, hemoglobin, and other conditions was administered at the camps, which also offered medical professionals’ advice and treatment. Free medicines were supplied to the public. The malnourished were also given iron and folic acid supplements by the camp.
Eye Check-up Camps
The main goal of holding eye camps is to offer the area’s rural residents high volume, high quality, and affordable eye care services. The Foundation set up free eye-checkup clinics in several rural locations. Our neighborhood volunteers circulated flyers to raise awareness of the camp. The patients were examined by Dr. Patil’s medical staff and the optometrist. Patients were inspected for common eye issues at this camp and given complimentary medications, eye drops, and eyeglasses. At the camp, 200 patients in all were screened. The S.S. Foundation donated and funded 135 pairs of glasses. 15 patients who were identified throughout the camp for cataract surgery received extra physical examinations to assess their fitness for surgery.
Youth Development
Because of the substantial changes in the way technology is used throughout the world and the nature of work, we must educate young people and get them ready for the large market employment chances. Young people who can be flexible, adaptive, proactive, innovative, and collaborative are in more demand from employers. To successfully navigate their surroundings, collaborate with others, perform well, and accomplish their goals, adolescents require soft skills, attitudes, behaviors, and personal attributes. We have begun arranging programs for developing soft skills, technical training led by industry specialists, as well as advancements in all spheres of life, keeping in mind that adolescents who lack soft skills suffer from high unemployment and working poverty.
Sports
Sports play a significant role in our lives. In actuality, it is the most technical aspect of how we get our identities. The most precious resource in India is its youthful population, yet these children are still not encouraged to participate in sports due to a lack of infrastructure, bad health, poverty, restrictions on girls’ participation in sports, political meddling, athletes’ financial situations, and efforts to encourage youth to pursue careers in engineering and medicine.
Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation supports athletes and works hard to foster a passion for sports in the hearts of parents and kids because they understand the significance of the competitions. To instill a passion for sports in youngsters, the foundation gives sporting goods and plans several events in schools.
Environment Conservation
It goes without saying that urgent measures must be taken to protect the planet’s future, given the damage that climate change is already doing on our natural environment. We must lessen the impact that human activity has on the environment if we are to protect the planet for future generations. There would be no environment for life on Earth without trees. The condition of the world’s tree population has an impact on every living thing. Numerous trees have therapeutic qualities that are employed in the medical field. We want to draw the conclusion that trees are good for people and that they are the real guardians of people. We are fed by them, and our lives are sustained. Given the significance of the environment, the Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation has always supported the effort to plant trees and preserve existing trees. In light of the significance of the environment, Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation consistently supports the effort to plant trees and maintain existing trees. It raises children’s environmental awareness while nurturing trees and promoting environmental preservation.
Vocational Training (YUVA KAUSHALYA VIKAS ABHIYAN)
Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation has developed a unique training model under YUVA KAUSHALYA VIKAS ABHIYAN to take the technical skills courses such as CNC and VMC training courses by the industrial experts for the rural youth who have dropped out from school/ colleges or whoever left education in midway. We aspire to contribute “Make In India” Mission by enhancing the skilled labor force in rural areas. After training to become entry-level CNC machinists we offer them jobs in various companies for various positions as CNC programmer, CNC setup operator, CNC operator, Quality Control Inspector, and Shop Supervisor.
Employment Generation
The website Mee Shigaonkar provides employment opportunities to the youth and prepares them for job opportunities and interviews. Mee Shigaonkar is one part of our foundation. Through this website we provide job opportunities to young people. So far, job opportunities have been provided to thousands of young people in the surrounding rural areas, out of which hundreds of young people have got jobs through this website.
Disaster Management
Catastrophe brings dreadful consequences with them. Millions of innocent lives lose their home, families, shelter, and strength causing the risk of emotional, economical, and physical health problems that exceed the ability of the affected community or society to cope using its own resources.
Mumbai and western regions of Maharashtra such as Kolhapur and Sangli saw severe flooding in 2019, which is likely to have a long-term impact on the economy. Crops over thousands of hectares were damaged. The dairy sector has been badly hit due to floods with thousands of cattle including cows, bulls and buffaloes and goats, sheep, and hundreds of calves or donkeys either killed or gone missing.
The Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation provides instantaneous help to control such emergency situations. Our foundation distributes food, clothes, and other necessities to the flood victims in the village.
Foundation Brochure Distribution Ceremony
Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation has recently distributed its brochure to raise awareness about its initiatives in Maharashtra. The brochure highlights our focus on employment generation, disaster management, environmental preservation, youth development, and women’s empowerment. It also showcases our organization’s efforts to provide quality education to children in rural areas of Maharashtra. By distributing the brochure, our organization aims to reach out to more people and encourage them to support its noble cause of making knowledge accessible to all and empowering communities.
Prize Distribution among Social Workers
Shreesidhi Samarthya Foundation regularly holds prize distribution ceremonies to honor and recognize the contributions of social workers who have been working for rural area development in Maharashtra. We have recently organized a prize distribution ceremony to recognize the efforts of social workers who have been working tirelessly to uplift communities in various ways. We see this distribution program as a platform to acknowledge and appreciate their hard work and dedication to social welfare. We believe that such recognition will motivate social workers to continue their noble work and inspire others to contribute to society.
